We are a PROPERTY STYLING company located in Dandenong Sth with a position vacant for a furniture removalist/installer. This position is a Monday to Friday job currently starting at 8:30 am to 4:30pm. The successful applicant will be required to work overtime during our busy periods. This can be up to 2 hours a day but may vary from time to time depending on work commitments. We estimate overtime can add an extra $6,000 to $10,000 per annum.

Position Roles
Installation and removal of furniture from clients properties.
Loading/unloading furniture from trucks
Cleaning, maintaining and minor repairs to furniture items.
Warehouse logistics
Other duties as directed
Uniform provided.
What you need
Physical robustness – this position requires lifting and carrying of some heavy furniture. eg. Couches, beds, buffets etc. This is a physically demanding role not suited for someone with pre-existing ailments or lethargy.
Excellent presentation and communication skills – as you will be working as part of a small team, clear communication is vital to the teams’ success and safety.
Previous experience is an added bonus but not essential as full training is provided on the job. A positive, energetic “can do” attitude is what we are looking for.
Ability to work overtime.
You will be required to drive one of our trucks with a normal car license from time to time and will be advantageous if you can drive a manual.
