About the Role
As the Clinical Support Nurse, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet the assessed, physical, psychological and emotional needs and expectations of residents, in accordance with Homestyle's philosophy of care and values. This role works at the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure the effective and efficient management of AN-ACC assessments and care planning.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day assessments and documentations then contributing to or writing care plans that correlate to AN-ACC assessments. Beyond AN-ACC this role is skilled and works as a senior nurse in providing care or quality audit information. This is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week (9am to 5pm).
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous experience in aged care
- Excellent clinical knowledge
- Current police check (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccination certificate
- Reliable
