Driver Supervisor

The opportunityWe are now seeking Driver Supervisor at our Sunshine West/ Thomastown Depot! This a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day management of depot operations to ensure the optimum performance of bus services originating from Sunshine West/ Thomastown. As a Depot Supervisor, you will have direct responsibility for a team of drivers, dispatchers, and refuellers, overseeing their coordination to achieve the required coverage and performance to deliver our contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold a customer-centric experience.
