Thomas Foods International currently has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Admin & Purchasing Officer to join our team in Bourke, NSW. This role will be responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance, work requests. The successful candidate will need to maintain the flow of parts and materials while lasing with suppliers, contractors and other maintenance resources.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Ordering PPE
- Keeping stock and ordering in advance
- Generate work orders
- Keep track of orders and chase up if they have not arrived
- Monitoring and maintaining the stock levels of critical spares
- Monitor the Maintenance schedule costs against the approved budget and report variations to the Maintenance Manager
