We are seeking a motivated and driven leader to join our team as aDuty Manager.
If you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and are passionate about delivering excellence in service, while effectively engaging and mentoring the frontline team, then this is the perfect role for you!
Duties:
- Ensuring all front of house and operational areas of Club run seamlessly, including provision of gaming technology, gaming services, cashier, reception, food and beverage services, entertainment, promotions, ensuring areas are sufficiently staffed.
- Supervision and coordination of staff in the club, including training and mentoring
- Ability to find solutions to customer issues and provide direction to staff as required
- Monitoring compliance with all legislative requirements and Club policies
- Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained at an optimum level
