The Cabra Leagues Sports & Community Group is currently looking to expand our Management team with a Duty Manager taking on supervisory shifts when required at both our Cabramatta Venues. This position is responsible for the daily operations of all trading areas within the club and must also have a core focus on Customer Service.
Responsibilities of the role includes:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Supervising the club’s day to day Bar, Gaming, KENO and Tab services
- Supervise Staff to ensure they are effectively utilised
- People Management
- Completing all relevant administration tasks
- Club Compliance
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Customer Engagement
- Opening and Closing procedures
- Balance all tills and safe as well as gaming machine clearances
- Reporting
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or Management role
- Have outstanding people skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrate proven experience in a team environment
- Be confident with a self-motivating and reliable attitude
- Have exceptional personal presentation and grooming
- Hold current RSA & RCG Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Be available to work a rotating roster that includes evening and weekend shifts.
- Ideally have previous club industry experience.
