The Greengate Hotel, Killara, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join the management team to oversee the day to day running of the iconic Hotel..
The role will have accountability for the day to day operations and service standards coupled with driving new business development initiatives to build on the current success.
You will need to have previous experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and demonstrate your ability to lead a team from the front.
In addition you will need to demonstrate the following;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills to manage the team, leading from the front hands on.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good industry knowledge including food trends, service styles and beverages
- Ability to engage with customers and handle feedback
- Experience training and developing team members
- Experience with TAB/Gaming
