We are seeking a talented Duty Manager to join and lead our team with a hands-on approach.
Currently open 6 days (Closed on Mondays) your role will be to notice the 1% that turns a good experience for our patrons into a great one. Maintaining a high level of customer service and venue presentation is a must.

Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day running of shifts and breaks whilst being conscious of the wage percentages and ensuring the venue presentation remains high.
- Be a leader, demonstrate to your staff that you can not only talk the talk but walk the walk and lead from the front.
- Be excited about beer and wine and the hospitality industry. Have a passion for passing on your knowledge to others whilst still having a keen interest to grow and learn on your own journey.
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Any relevant qualifications or training certificates.
- A valid Approved Managers card & Food Handler certification.
- Experience working in high volume venue.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients, patrons and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a charismatic ability to influence and negotiate successfully.
- Ability to work under pressure and have preventative action management skills and conflict resolution skills
- Professional personal presentation
