We are a unique seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, large function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, busy gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Duty Manager you will assist with leading our team towards excellence in customer service and compliance including -
- Cash & Expenditure Control
- Process and procedure
- Stock Control
- Staff Management & Rostering
- Demonstrate customer service standards
- Assist with day to day operations
- Adhering to OHS Covidsafe practises
ABOUT YOU
You love being part of a team and approach your work in an energetic and positive manner. Along with the above requirements you also possess the below qualities:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated Bar, Bistro, Gaming, TAB experience
- Current RSA, Food Handlers, Gaming Licence, RSG, Drivers license, First Aid and TAB Accreditation (fork lift license optional)
- Excellent cash handling and understanding of compliance
- Ability to manage and implement process and procedure
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Strong administration skills including all Microsoft office capabilities
- Leadership skills to support team and patrons
- Ability to use multiple systems including POS
- Strong problem solving skills
AVAILABILITY
Must be available to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and all major events.
