The Australian Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As the Duty Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient and profitable running of the Hotel.
Skills and experience
- Experience working within a similar role.
- Demonstrate a highly-focused attitude to internal and external customer needs
- The ability to multitask and prioritize so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and expectations are managed appropriately
- Participating in the review, development, and marketing of innovative services / promotional initiatives to maintain an edge in the marketplace and grow the business
- Providing direct supervision of team members
- Observing and complying with relevant Legislation, Regulations and Waymark Policies and Procedures
The following skills, behaviours and qualifications are essential:
- 3 years’ experience as a Duty Manager would be desired but not essential
- Demonstrates a highly-focused attitude to internal and external customer needs, responding proactively to needs at all times
- Ability to directing and leading team members and maintaining responsible and efficient staffing levels
- Confident hands-on Duty Manager with a proven track record
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and deliver exceptional customer service.
- RMLV & Approved Managers License or willingness to obtain.
The successful candidate will be provided with the following:
- Full time salary between $68,700 - $75,000 depending on experience
