Reporting to the Executive Management team, you will play a key leadership role in driving the retail capability and execution on the business strategy throughout the state, to achieve compliance, sales growth and service standards.

We are currently recruiting for a driven, passionate and RESULTS DRIVEN Area Manager - that will share our passion, be enthusiastic and work as a team - whilst having fun!
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Leading retail operations for all facets of the business, including sales, retail execution, merchandising, operations, compliance and WHS
- Flawlessly implementing the convenience store promotional and retail development plans
- Ensuring effective communication throughout your network to ensure focus and delivery on core objectives
- Ensuring all operational issues such as repairs and maintenance, fuel, stock and food deliveries and other services occur in a timely manner
- Monitoring performance and compliance of Company run stores and Commission Agents and ensuring adoption of best practice
- Ensuring the effective implementation and management of our WHS and environmental obligations at site level
- Identifying new retail, business development and continuous improvements on site opportunities
The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience and agility to the role. You will have demonstrated experience in a multi-site network ideally with a blend of retail, convenience and food propositions. You will have strong communication skills to work effectively with your key stakeholders and to help execute through your team and network and work on building a high performance culture and team commitment.
