The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania is seeking a Duty Manager. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and is an integral part of the Club.
In order to succeed in this hands-on role, an entrepreneurial approach will be essential. We are specifically looking for applicants that have:
- Extensive demonstrated experience in Food & Beverage and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team of Food & Beverage professionals to deliver high standard service excellence
- The ability to multi-task and cope with high pressure service situations without compromising standards, productivity, or quality
- Additionally, you will be required to be hands on to support the team in operations whilst maximizing profits.
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment which may include weekends and public holidays
