Duty Manager

We have a fantastic position available for an enthusiastic Duty Manager who can hit the ground running!
Our client on the beautiful NSW coast is looking for the superstar to help fill out their team with their proven ability to lead, adapt, and excel in their role.

The successful applicant will receive complimentary:

• Transport to and from the venue upon completion of contract
• Suitable single accommodation
• Meals while on shift
• Competitive hourly rate for each hour you work including Public Holiday & weekend rates

Yes, that is correct - you will be paid for every hour you work!

About the Role

• Start ASAP for 4-6 weeks
• Quality Coastal NSW venue
• Regular days off
• Organizing team members and training Junior Staff
• Coordinating tasks with senior person in the kitchen

About you

If you are an experienced Manager or have an equivalent recognized qualification with one or more years’ experience, and you have any combination of the following:

• Have demonstrated experience at the same level and/or willingness to step up
• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions & are creative as hell
• Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.
• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate a team.
