Casual, Part Time or Full Time opportunities within our Front of House team are available.
We are looking for someone:
- who is naturally warm and genuine in their service style,
- who wants to create the best guest experience,
- who will be a role model, mentor, and support for their team.
You will be working alongside our Group & Restaurant managers, and as a team, you will create memorable experiences for all guests and inspire those that you work with.
We know that every day can be different but key tasks will include:
- Shift planning and pre-service briefings.
- Overseeing all aspects of service and reacting accordingly to uphold our service standards and guest experience.
- Dealing with potential issues before they escalate and managing service recovery.
- Opening and closing the venue including cash handling in line with company policy.
- Providing honest and accurate service debriefs and shift reports.
- Managing bookings, guest flow and seating arrangements.
- Assisting with staff training and performance development.
- Managing staffing levels and labour cost while on shift.
