The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a high-volume coastal food and beverage operation and is currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Duty Manager with a demonstrated experience to become part of our team. This position has the room for future growth.

- Managing the daily operations of the venue
- Building strong customer relationships and a strong focus on achieving excellent customer service;
- Managing and nurturing relationships between staff and management in all areas;
- Drive for results in all aspects of the venues business;
- Management, training and recruitment of staff;
- An understanding of Liquor License policies and procedures;
- Previous proven experience in managing/leading, training/developing and mentoring a medium to large team to achieve common goals;
- A confident approach, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business;
- Strong dedication to OH&S and HACCP;
- Excellent understanding of cellar operations, draught beer, wine and cocktails;
