Broadly, yourrole will include:
- Training, supervising all Front of House employees
- Ordering of beverages, menus, consumables etc.
- Leading the team as a main pillar of the business, serving as a lead for handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers
- Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
The ideal candidate must have:
- A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plusat least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Management and leaderships skill
- Demonstrated customer focus
