Key Responsibilities include:
VENUE MANAGEMENT
Assisting the CEO in overseeing operations and partnering with CEO to achieve growth targets. Monitor performance and establish corrective measures where required.
Supervision of all service delivery staff to ensure high customer service standards.
Cash reconciliation and management.
Opening and closing of the premise and ensuring high levels of security are maintained.
Monitoring staffing levels across the club, reviewing/creating rosters that ensure a high level of customer service and are within the allocated budget provided.
Ensuring employees and contractors undertake work in accordance with work health and safety principles. Ensure all mandatory incidents including near misses are recorded and sent to the CEO.
Setting up functions, entertainment, and other events/activities.
Ensuring superior venue cleanliness and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times.
Complete accurate shift reporting.
Facilities management, report all items requiring repair to the CEO or attend to those items that can be rectified internally immediately.
Encourage visitors to take up memberships.
Ensure all staff are well presented in their required uniforms prior to commencement of each shift.
Ensure the accurate recording of all shifts start, break and finish times.
Operate the club in accordance with being a good neighbour to ensure minimal disturbances to those residing in close proximity to the venue.
Beverage Management always adhering to FIFO principles, monitoring inventory levels of all consumables.
Assisting Marketing with ideas and concepts for promotions and entertainment.
Carrying out club promotions in adherence with T&C’s
Follow all responsible gambling practices and mandatory reporting.

LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS GROWTH
Build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders to drive the overall strategic plan. Reports all team performance management issues to the CEO. Implementing all clubs' policies and procedures.
GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Ensure that the Club complies with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Mitigate key elements of the organisation’s risk. Demonstrate understanding and always uphold all regulatory compliance and governing legislation.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Motivate and encourage all employees as one of the leaders in the Club.
