About the Role
We are looking for Duty Managers to oversee the day-to day operations of the hotel, including driving excellence in guest service. Some key responsibilities of this hands on role are:
- Ensure the team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs
- Welcome and assist all guest arrivals, departures and requests
- Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback
- Assist the FOM with rostering, training and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team

Skills & experience
- Previous hotel supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication essential
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential
- Sound time management and problem-solving skills essential
- Advanced PMS experience desirable
