The Role:You will be exposed to and responsible for the various areas of management in this large venue. The different aspects of the business will help you to advance in your career and grow. This role will look amazing on your CV for the future!
You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and also train new members who join the team. You will be exposed to and responsible for costing, P&L and KPI's as well as ordering stock, stock control, POS operations and payroll . Front of house you will have input into food and beverage operations and set the standards in top level customer service. You will oversee a larger supervising team and overall employee numbers.
You:
To be considered for this job you will need:
- A hands on approach - FOH operations are key to success.
- Multi Facet Venue Management experience in food and beverage, gaming and TAB operations
- Good Banter and able to build rapport with local patrons
- Must have solid gaming and analytic experience.
- Have licensing accreditation
- Exceptional communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders alike
- Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Must be hands on and able to multi task.
- Are able to build teams of service focused and driven team members
- Solid financial knowledge is a bonus.
- Work well under pressure and adapt to change.
