The role
A position has become available for an Assistant Development Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the company with some of your key responsibilities being:
- Work with Architects & Consultants on DA’s, Negotiate with Council & Authorities
- Tender Consultant Work, Produce Briefs & Scope of Work for Consultants
- Develop Programs & Budgets for DA's & Concept Plans
- Work with Marketing Team, Prepare Marketing documentation, Models
- Prepare Documentation Package for handover to Construction Team
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position you will be currently working as an ADM for another developer or as a Development Analyst looking to take the next step in your career. Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or Equivalent
- Previous Experience in Development
- Display a Passion & Enthusiasm for Residential Development
- Analytical, Detailed, Organised, & Innovative in Problem Solving
- The Ability to Work as Part of a Professional Development Team
