ABOUT YOU
As an experienced Duty Manager or former shift supervisor, you will have evidence of your RSA and RP badge, and two hospitality references. With a friendly and approachable character, you will have excellent communication skills, organisation, and leadership qualities.

THE JOB
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and natural leadership skills to join our team! If you have experience in food, beverage, or gaming/TAB/Keno we would love to hear from you!
This role is currently available for 25+ hours per week, evening and weekend availability is essential.
- Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times
- Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, food service systems, and till operations
- Lead by example and help support the ongoing training and development of the team
- Provide ongoing support and reliability to Venue Management
- Undertake general service duties of food and beverages
- Proficient in the professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of sophisticated drinks, liquor, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Consistent and professional delivery of the venue’s products
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operations as required
- Maintain the clean and neat presentation of the work area – bar and restaurant area(s) by adherence to all operating policies and procedures
- Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel at all times as per WHS Act 2012
- Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Any other duties directed by Management
