The Colley Hotel Glenelg has been an iconic beachside hotel located in the heart of Moseley Square and is only metres away from the white sands and pristine waters of Glenelg Beach.
We have been redeveloping here at the Colley and we are finally ready to swing the doors open in May to our new balcony bar and restaurant, Molly's. With views down Colley Terrace and Jetty Road, over Mosely square and through to the ocean, this architecturally designed space will certainly have heads turning.
With this expansion the Colley needs to further grow its leadership team and are recruiting high performing Hospitality Duty Managers that have a passion to lead and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

We are looking for motivated and passionate leaders to join our team at the Colley Hotel, overseeing multiple bars and restaurants.
We have casual positions for Duty Managers available for a commencement from the Monday 22nd April 2024.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of bars and restaurants during shifts.
- Communication with both Front of House and Back of House staff
- Inspire and motivate staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage any customer concerns.
- Hands on support to Front of House staff as required.
- Incident management.
- Cash management.

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights, and weekends. Previous hospitality leadership experience essential.
Qualifications Required:
RSA qualifications are required.
Gaming Certificates are desirable.
Responsible Persons Badge is required.
