Being a large, multi-faceted venue, we are seeking a full time Duty Manager to join our team. This position has an important role to play in the future & continued growth of The Gully, so we're looking for someone passionate about hospitality.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all areas including gaming, bars, bottle shop.
- Ability to identify risks and prevent issues before they arise.
- Knowledge of the local area including competitors and opportunities.
- Strong knowledge/experience with H&L point of sale.
- Drive for results and ability to meet targets.
- Must hold current gaming and RP badges.
