We are looking for an Night Duty Manager to help lead our team at our beach front establishment. Responsibilities for this venue include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment. The position will be on a casual basis 25+ hours per week. 4pm-11pm approximate shift time.
Main Duties
- Reporting to the Operations Manager daily.
- Management of all staff and service delivery.
- Responsible for close of day cash management and securities.
- Develop strong and productive relationships with members, customers & staff.
- Handle all customer queries and grievances.
- Assist with ongoing training of team members including new recruits.
The Person
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong knowledge of food, beverage and gaming operations and has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or bar supervisor wanting to step it up. High standards of customer service are essential for this role. This person must have a good personality, be confident, and a team player.

- RSA, RSG, competency is essential.
- TAB basics & AML.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Proven ability in managing, developing and guiding staff.
