The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is a part of Bayview International Hotels & Resorts within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. The Hotel combines modern elegance with a highly sought -after location near Sydney’s CBD, boasts 275 contemporary guest rooms, 1 food and beverage outlet and 11 function rooms

We are seeking Operations Night Manager to join our Front Office department. 

Your primary responsibilities will involve;

• Managing and overseeing the night operations of the hotel.
• Providing support to operational areas as needed.
• Responsible for the security of the hotel safe and overseeing cash transactions.
• Handling room service orders and ensuring guest requests are met
• Completing incident reports for any occurrences or guest-related issues.
• Complete daily Duty Manager log and Hotel Snapshot with all the relevant information pertaining to the shift operation for circulation.
• Prepare and deliver room service orders after hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and familiarity with the Opera property management system.
• Book early morning calls and check group wake up calls
• Ensuring the hotel operates efficiently and adheres to policies.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in same or similar role.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office/Outlook and a solid understanding of Opera property management system.
• Commitment with working across a 7 day week rotational roster with varied hours. Shift time can vary depending on the hotel operational needs. Roster will require working overnight
• Lead by example; using your initiative and problem solving skills.
