About us
Veterans Compensation Association is founded by two ex serving ADF Members. Our mission is to enable every ADF Veteran with their entitlements and simplify the claims process. We are looking for more highly dedicated self disciplined advocates to best support our ADF Veterans. We understand employee incentives and offer generous commissions as your effort/results should not go unrecognised.
Qualifications & experience
- Ex serving ADF members preferred
- Previous employment with DVA highly preferred
- ATDP training is preferred, not required*
- Understanding of basic Microsoft and Google applications
- Familiar with DVA SOP's
- Health/public health experience is favourable
- High degree of verbal/written communication skills is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Submitting and uploading documents
- Managing/maintaining client relationships
- Replying to emails, answering phone calls.
- Communication with DVA on the Veterans behalf
- Continued learning on DVA policy
