We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist/Consultant to join the team on a 12-month contract in Broadbeach!

In this role, as our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing our new Dynamics 365 Business Central solution.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
A day in the life...
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
- Design, configure, and customize our Dynamics 365 Business Central solution to meet business needs
- Ensure implementation best practice of the solution, including system configuration, security, data migration, testing and user training
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Business Central with other systems and applications including other Microsoft products such as PowerAutomate, Power BI, Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as PowerAutomate, PowerBI and other Microsoft Cloud applications
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in finance, operations, vendor, and customer sales flows
- Knowledge in travel related sales or operations would be highly regarded
- Experience with system configuration, security data migration, testing and user training
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) preferred
