Overview of Key Responsibilities include:
Reporting to the General Manager – Digital & IT and dotted line to Business Systems Analyst, this role will be responsible for:
- Translate operational risks, priorities, and improvement opportunities into technology requirements.
- Document and analyse Fleet management processes and other user requirements.
- Provide input to technology projects engaging and integrating across functions, assets and business operations for seamless delivery.
- Support departments to collaborate across businesses and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging Fleet technologies.
- Collaborate between technology and business teams to ensure solution compatibility with industry standards.
- Facilitate UAT to ensure the efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of systems, including contributing and potentially developing test scripts.
- Manage the collation and delivery of key business reports on-time.
- Support the business to develop and implement key customer reports.
- Development and enhancement of client portal, web site and Power BI reports
- Data analysis to ensure integrity of reports and solutions.
Let’s hear about You!
You will have:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying custom applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Ability to design and implement data integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or other relevant tools.
- Experience with DataVerse for building entity relationships and data models.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience developing for Power Pages or Power Apps portals.
- Strong experience of working with third party API’s
