Your part in the ongoing success of our department, in supporting frontline services will see you responsible for a variety of work, including, but not limited to:
- Manage discovery and analysis by engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, to ensure that customer requirements are understood and translating business requirements, to inform solution design based on configuring Microsoft Power Platform solutions and apps.
- Provide seamless integration with third party Applications and services, including the implementation of AI solutions and forms automation to increase workplace productivity and process flows.
- Provide advice, recommendation and prepare supporting products based on expertise and experience in the technology domains to create application enhancements, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualisations
- Implement designs in collaboration with stakeholders to meet best practice and organisational legislation, policies, standards and branding, and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain and collaborate with stakeholders to capture and share knowledge, support common expectations, and ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and optimise user experience.
- Identify, create, and deliver artefacts for knowledge and capability uplift to stakeholders, including training on AI and Microsoft Power Platform and supporting artefacts.
- Define and develop innovative methods to manage electronic documents to ensure discoverability, accessibility, interoperability, security, integrity, safety and availability.
- Document completed work and supporting material, and develop document library templates, configuration documents, training materials and procedure manuals to meet organisational and operational needs.
