AddressNigel Frank International is currently seeking an MS Dynamics CRM (365) Solution Architect for an opportunity in Melbourne with a Microsoft Gold Partner.
This is a Permanent opportunity for an international business with a best-in-class team and projects.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide strategic and operational CRM platform consultation.
- Work with business analysts, software developers, software architects, and other team members to propose optimal design approaches for overall solutions, including system design, data integration, and migration on Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
- Develop robust architecture designs and functionalities.
- Identify innovative solutions to meet system and business requirements.
- Lead a team of developers independently to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- 15+ years of experience implementing large packaged MS CRM applications.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and integrating business solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development, including developing web services and database applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), and successful integration with Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in architecting at least 5 large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.
- Proficiency with Azure tools and technologies, and the Power Platform is essential.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, design, implementation, and deployment, particularly for enterprise-level solutions.
- Ability to develop solutions based on business logic descriptions and existing applications.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively lead offshore teams from onshore.
