Form of workWe are seeking a talented Dynamics F&O Finance Technical Consultant to join this high performing team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to support our clients' financial processes. Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that empower our clients to optimize their operations. With your expertise in D365 Finance and Operations, coupled with strong programming skills and a commitment to delivering excellence, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' digital transformation journey.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.
Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations in D365 Finance and Operations according to client needs.
Provide hands-on configuration and development support for D365 modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Customer Engagement.
Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients in utilizing D365 functionalities effectively.
Assist in data migration activities, ensuring seamless transition of data from legacy systems to D365.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in D365 technology, and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical practices and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Proficiency in D365 development tools, including Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, such as Data Entity Framework and Data Management Workspace.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Development are preferred.
