Our innovative CRM and App offer a seamless booking platform for busy families, professionals, NDIS participants, Veteran Affairs, insurance companies, and aged care services. We are currently seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Marketer who values creativity, collaboration, and a strong drive for success.
Role Description:
Depending on the Scope of work, the position can be part-time of full-time. The Digital Marketer will be at the forefront of our Digital Marketing efforts, managing campaigns across various platforms to enhance our online presence and drive growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to improve ROI.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Hootsuite).
