Our client is an iconic fashion footwear brand that currently offers an opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join them at their head office in Westmeadows (near Tullamarine).
ABOUT THE ROLE
- The role is office-based, with a work schedule from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is from $110,000 to $120,000 + Super pro rata (based on a 40-hour workweek).
- Manage the E-Commerce platform for two current Australian websites and any new ones, ensuring it reflects the company's vision.
- Manage the merchandising of all sites to boost conversion rates and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Test and analyse the E-Commerce platform's technical aspects.
- Improve search marketing through SEO, SEM, Display, and Google Shopping.
- Upload creative content for Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to reach the right customers.
- Work with Web Developers to get results and handle technical issues.
- Take photos of products and upload them for a polished look.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager or Specialist in the fashion retail industry.
- Expertise in Magento 2 and Jira.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
- Experience in SEO and SEM, including proficiency in using tools such as Ahrefs.
- Competence in HTML and CSS.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
