Job description As the E-Commerce Manager you will: Co-ordinate the E-Commerce platform across Windsor Smith 2 current Australia websites and any new sites developed, and ensure the brand is represented in line with the company vision. Maintain merchandising of all sites and drive conversion and improve the customer shopping Monitor websites to avoid any malfunction Site testing and technical analysis of the E-Commerce platform.
Photography of assets and upload products Drive sales conversion and revenue. Write product descriptions and key words, and upload new products to 2 websites. Enhance search- marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Display & Google Shopping.
Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports for all sites. EDM creative upload and distribution to the right customer segments in the Windsor Smith, Outlet and data base Liaise with Web Developers to achieve results and log tickets. Create marketing calendar for Aus sites and any new sites developed Amend/Retouch of Imagery Handover of collateral to wholesale customers Co ordinate current affiliate and search for new affiliates Update new subscribers Project manage upgrade/updates Create landing page and new categories Experience with working with various marketplaces
To be successful for this position you must have the following: Must be hands on Proficiency across Google Analytics is essential Highly competent in Excel Must have SEO and SEM experience and how to use programs, for example Ahrefs Must have HTML & CSS experience Strong merchandising and analytics experience Expertise in Magento 2 and Jira
