About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our growing team.
Working on a permanent full-time basis, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing Customer Service enquiries from various channels
- Hiring, training and managing new employees
- Handling some administration duties
- Managing escalated customer enquiries
About You:
You’re sharp, hardworking, attentive to detail, intuitive, reliable and extremely organised. You thrive well under pressure and are excited at the thought of working in a fast-paced and exciting role. You must also possess the following:
- Have experience working in a fast-growing start-up environment and/or the Luxury Fashion industry
- Have 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Have e-Commerce industry experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience
- Have minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team of staff
- Be highly organised and prepared to work beyond the typical 9 - 5
- Full working rights in Australia with no need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
