About us:
Cheeky Winx was born in 2021 from a desire to bring vibrant colours and fun patterns to the gym in the shape of towels. We started with eight funky designs of gym towels and now boast 6 product lines, including beach towels and grip socks.
Our presence is strong in Australia after seeing mass adoption across all product lines to our customers but also a growing list of stockists. As we continue to grow both nationally and internationally, we seek someone who can build an engaging Social Media presence while also helping with the day to day duties of the business.
About the Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to drive the ecommerce strategy, brand awareness, and customer engagement, through all digital channels by getting behind the camera and being creative. You will be working closely with both of the owners of Cheeky Winx, being invested in helping grow the brand and to ensure that the day to day running of the business is done to best of your ability.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning of the marketing calendar, campaigns & activations.
- Contribute to generating creative ideas and strategies.
- Sourcing and production of content for social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Pinterest).
- Management of Social media content creation + management: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Scheduling of Social Media.
- Assist with graphic artwork for websites & EDMs
- Create content & design for bi-weekly EDMs.
- Guide ecommerce trading based on data analytics to identify trends and opportunities and act accordingly to the brand.
- Manage online reputation, reviews, and feedback.
- Provide recommendations on improving funnel conversion rates.
- Identify challenges in the customer journey and develop solutions to improve conversions.
- Process and pack customer orders
- Personalisation of towels (Which will be taught)
