Primary focus of the role will be coordinating and monitoring internal delivery of social projects, ensuring optimal service experience for our clients.

Strategy Development: Creating and implementing Social Media strategies to achieve marketing and communication goals, which may involve increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, or generating leads.
Social Media Advertising: Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on Social Media platforms to reach specific target demographics and achieve marketing objectives.
Content Creation: Developing engaging content for various Social Media platforms such as text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates) and using data to analyse the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Audience Research: Conducting research to understand the target audience, their preferences, and behaviours, and using these insights to tailor content and communication strategies.
Stay Updated: Keeping up with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Social Media marketing to ensure that the organisation remains competitive and relevant.
Tasks will include reviewing client projects, managing the delivery status and communicating this clearly between team members, as well as undertaking coordination or execution of some design, social content writing and general Social Media tasks.The ability to create content schedules and campaign messaging for organic and paid campaigns is important. Design experience or an eye for creative design will be an advantage.
About You
Social Media Management - Experience Prior experience in managing Social Media accounts for businesses, organisations, or personal brands is highly valuable. This could include roles such as Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Specialist, or similar positions where the candidate was responsible for creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
Content Creation Experience - Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, photography, and/or videography, is often required for Social Media Manager roles. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to different Social Media platforms and target audiences.
Marketing and Communication Experience - Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields is beneficial for Social Media Manager roles. Candidates should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and communication strategies to effectively promote the organisation's message and engage with the target audience on Social Media.
The successful candidate will need excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to display strong time management abilities. We are looking for a mature and experienced person who can step in, pick things up quickly and work with initiative and autonomy. Some photography / video experience a bonus but not essential.
