The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA / Admin Coordinator to support a Line of Business Lead and delegates.
This is a part time role (2.5 days per week) however, the number of days and hours are negotiable. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with an opportunity for extension or transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
As a member of the Administration Services function, this role will benefit from being part of a network of highly skilled administrators across Australia who are available to provide support and collaborate with to ensure the consistent application of best practice processes.

Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in providing PA / EA support.
- Experience coordinating busy diaries using discretion to ensure that relevant meetings are prioritised.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates.
- Ability to coordinate all aspects related to all meetings – including agendas, papers, minutes, invites, room bookings, travel and other logistics.
- High level organisational and time management skills, able to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Effective at communicating with a broad audience with well-developed written and verbal skills. Attention to detail is important.
- Solutions focused and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to resolve problems and build positive relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexible in adapting to ever changing needs and deadlines and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience producing business documents and working with online platforms i.e., SharePoint, Confluence etc. (desirable)
- Experience in coordinating travel including the development of itineraries and processing travel expenses (desirable)
- Experience in inbox management (desirable)
Special requirements:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and be eligible to hold Baseline or a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
The role is based at our Mawson Lakes office.
