Musica Viva Australia (MVA) exists to create and support a vibrant chamber music sector which is accessible to people of all backgrounds across Australia.

We are seeking a part-time (2 days or 15hrs per week) arts management administrator to join our MVA team in SA. This position is expected to develop and sustain working relationships with stakeholders including teachers, subscribers, donors and artists in the delivery of MVA programs in SA. The role also has a telephone sales focus to promote, sell and coordinate Musica Viva in Schools (MVIAS) programs in SA.

Qualities that will make you successful in this role
- Confidence and a commitment to MVA’s vision
- Proven interpersonal skills with strong experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Proficiency in CRM programs (Tessitura or similar) desirable - training will be provided.
- Experience working in or understanding of the education and/or the arts sectors and knowledge of the South Australia education and arts landscape.
