The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to play a pivotal role within the administration team. This is a permanent position ideal for those who excel under pressure and are skilled in MS Office, Adobe, video conferencing, and XERO for accounting/bookkeeping tasks. You'll be booking and managing travel arrangements, handling payroll, liaising with accountants, and more—all while working closely with the director and supervisors.

Who You Are:  

  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration, accounts, or as an executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of software applications, particularly XERO.
  • A self-starter who is organized, a critical thinker, and can multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards challenges and change.
  • Experience in HR or OH&S is valued but not essential.

Your Role In Detail:

  • Coordinating travel and accommodations, including flight bookings and adjustments.
  • Managing medical bookings for staff, payroll, and liaising with our accountant.
  • Updating employee information in XERO and handling all outgoing payments.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the director, supervisors, and the broader team ( fourteen staff ), embodying their values of critical thinking and teamwork.
