We're currently seeking a Senior passionate professionals to join our HR department at Civmec. Whether you're an experienced HR /IR team member or performing a site based role looking to transition to a corporate environment, Civmec has the perfect role for you. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with project team members.
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to employees, staff and managers.
- Advise on employee relations matters such as interpretation of agreement terms, performance management, and counselling / disciplinary matters.
- Conduct labour cost analyses.
- Prepare ER/IR reports in accordance with project and client requirements.
- Offer advice on tendering activities as required.
- Coordinate Union Right of Entry visits and manage industrial relations risks.
- Experience within the resources industry is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
- Solution orientated and eager to make a difference
