• $80,000 - $150,000 (Depending on experience)
• Monday - Friday
• Based in Turramurra

Our Client:

With one of the best track records on the upper North Shore, our client is a regular on the REB Top 100 Agents and REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate, and consistently ranks as a top-performing agent on realestate.com.au and RateMyAgent. Operating as both the Director and also the lead Agent of the company, this fast-paced Principal needs an experienced EA / Team Manager to support her day to day.

Duties:

• Client management and communications
• Office and team management – including facilities, technology etc
• Sourcing and scheduling training
• Taking control of’Brand’ and ensuring that client experience and marketplace interactions are on point
• Being the conduit of information between staff and departments

Specific requirements:

• Previous experience in an EA or Office Management capacity
• Ideally come with Real Estate experience or have traded property so that you are conversant of processes and transaction requirements
• Have great energy, capacity to operate at a high-level / fast pace and a positive / proactive nature
• Live within an easy commute of the Upper North Shore
