This is a permanent role, offering a hybrid working model, with amazing offices based in Docklands.
As you will be supporting three Executives, you will be an exceptional multi-tasker who finds prioritising conflicting needs with ease. Your clear and concise communication style along with your stakeholder engagement will also be an asset for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management
- Monitoring GM’s inbox to ensure due dates are diarised and action items dealt with
- Organise, prepare, and distribute documents including agendas, reports, board papers, briefing papers, presentations, project work schedule etc
- Build strong relationships with Executives and the EA network
- Coordinate and book travel
- Organise meetings as required including arranging venues, equipment, and catering
- Organisation of events and functions
- Management, reconciliation and processing of expenses and invoices
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, discretion and accountability across the business
- Proven experience supporting at senior management level
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Proactive and ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues and conflicts
- Operate with the utmost professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
