General Manager of Operations is pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities by supporting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in leading and managing our core business functions. This key position collaborates closely with the COO and peers to analyse, develop, plan, and implement strategies that align with our strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include:- Facilitating business action plans and strategic initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
- Leading strategic planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives to bolster efficiency, effectiveness, and superior performance across all Wilson Parking and Interpark locations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including General and State Managers, department leads, and senior leadership, to foster operational excellence, ensure consistency, and streamline processes.
