The DXC Apprenticeship Programme is designed for talented, passionate people who are looking to join an agile world leader and are ready to deliver the best solutions to transform businesses in the new digital world.
Our Successful Apprentices must be able to get to our office location (up to 5 days per week), Also be eligible to obtain a certain level of Security Clearance as we primarily work on Secure Defence Accounts, therefore Dual Nationals or Visa Sponsorships are not accepted on our Apprentice Programme.

Our DXC Apprenticeship Programme is ideal for School/College leavers or someone looking to kick start a new career in the IT industry.
Do you have a passion for IT or Business?
Are you ready to carve out a career with a truly global, market leading, IT transformation organisation?
Depending on your area of interest, we have the option of 3 career paths:
- Business
- Project
- Technical
You will be supported throughout your programme by a mentor who will help you get the most out of your opportunity and ensure you have a valuable experience.
The Apprentice Programme is 80% on the job and 20% training with your provider.
You will receive a competitive salary whilst you learn along with a great benefit package.
We work with some of the country's leading training providers which you will be allocated to depending on location.
Education and Experience Required:
- GCSE or "Equivalent" in Maths and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
- Technical Apprentices must have subject knowledge in Computing.
- Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
- Please note that each country has different requirements when applying for an apprenticeship.

As an Apprentice within DXC Technology our aim is to provide you with learning opportunities to rapidly grow your career and create an experience to remember.
All Early Careers will receive a dedicated onboarding week where you get to know the organisation and meet some of your peers.
We have created an Early Career Experience Framework and Community to enjoy so you are creating moments that matter throughout your journey with us.
Along with our Mentoring Program you will also be provided with a work buddy who will be with you every step of your first 3 months to guide and support.
And to top it all off you will have access to numerous learning platforms to help progress your career.
