About the Role:

As Early Career Program Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs aimed at attracting, developing and retaining early-career professionals in Fujitsu. This role involves coordinating talent attraction initiatives, overseeing all Early Careers activities and events as well as providing mentorship and guidance to Fujitsu’s graduate cohorts. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and HR Business Partners within Fujitsu to align on the objectives and drive the program to ensure our graduate talents effectively immerse into the company culture and are positioned for long-term success within Fujitsu.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Design and Development: Creating and refining programs to attract, develop and retain early-career talent, while ensuring alignment with Fujitsu’s organizational goals including branding and marketing initiatives to promote Fujitsu as an Employer of Choice.
  • and Onboarding: Coordinating with our Lines of Business and HR to participate in activities and events to promote the program internally and externally in order to attract top early-career candidates, coordinate and assist our RPO Partners in managing the selection process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for graduates.
  • Management: Organizing events such as orientation sessions, networking opportunities, and participate in careers development initiatives to support the development and engagement of the graduates.
  • and Development: Designing and implementing training programs, workshops, activities, and events to enhance skills and help in Early Career development and providing a seamless transition from the program into the organization.
  • and Support: Establishing mentorship and support systems together with the business and HR to provide the best early-career opportunities within Fujitsu and facilitating their professional growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with various Lines of Business, HR and other stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the success of the graduate program.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously monitoring and accessing the effectiveness of the program through regular feedback and performance metrics while making necessary improvements to enhance outcomes.
  • Management: Oversee the budget allocated for the programs and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and within budget.

To Be Successful You Will Need:

  • in managing Early Career or graduate programs including designing and implementing Early Career events, activities as well as branding and marketing initiatives.
  • verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with early-career employees, senior management and other stakeholders.
  • organizational and project management skills to design, implement and oversee multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously.
  • interpersonal skills to build relationships, provide mentorship and support the development of the graduate employees.
  • to adapt to changing business trends, and to continuously improve program offerings.
