About the role

Elders are looking for an Early Careers Advisor to join the People & Performance team.

As the Early Careers Advisor, you will play an integral role in driving the operational support for the Early Careers Program at Elders. This includes supporting the development of those in the Early Careers program through identified learning pathways, partnering with key stakeholders to support and enable the Early Careers Program strategy as well coordinating the national intake process.

Experience and Knowledge

• Previous experience of coordinating Early Careers Programs (highly desirable)
• Experience in learning and development/exposure to organisational development principles
• High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Advanced stakeholder and customer engagement and relationship management skills.
• Advanced computer skills​
• Strong organisational/planning skills​
• Degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent experience) and current experience in project management with an ability to balance and work across multiple projects.
