Part time GP with an interest in Palliative Medicine - Peel RegionExpressions of interest are invited from GPs who have worked in or have an interest in Palliative Care.Come and join a committed, enthusiastic multidisciplinary clinical team includingPalliative Medicine Specialists, GPs, Palliative Care community nurses,allied health and spiritual care support.The role

• Provide community in home Palliative Care services in the Peel Region
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings
• Work closely with the Supportive Palliative Care team to provide comprehensive care.
• The role is part time with a commitment to some phone only after hours on-call.

Essential criteria

• Ideally you will have had some experience in Palliative Medicine
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ongoing commitment to professional development.
• Demonstrate understanding of workplace health and safety and continuous quality improvement
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
