- Experience leading a Graduate and/or Intern Program is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience designing and delivering Organisational Development programs and initiatives
- 5-7 years' prior experience in a complex organisation including organisation development, learning or People & Culture business partnering experience
- Strong influencing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into usable insights
- Strong stakeholder relationship management
- Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is desired
