Commercial Support Coordinator - Sydney

Furthermore, you will also be responsible for activating our range on our platform.
  • Onboard new range and article build utilising Partner Hub and Mass upload
  • Ensure SAP processes and workflows for existing and new articles and amendments are completed daily
  • Document new process flows and update process documents within Woolworths At Work
  • Manage supplier relationships whilst onboarding new suppliers as well as directly working with suppliers to onboard products and coach them in Partner Hub issues
  • Collaborate with and influence internal business partners (Supermarkets Buying Team, Replenishment, and BSS) to deliver favourable outcomes
What you'll bring
  • Excellent attention to details with organisational skills, together with a high degree of motivation, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under your own initiative to deliver outputs to time and quality
  • A curious mind-set and ability to integrate and extract information
  • An ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with functions across the business
  • Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of google Suite. Familiarity with tools like SAP and Partner Hub
